End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Lei-Universe ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") regarding your use of the Lei-Universe mobile application ("App") and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
• Available subscription durations: 7 days, 15 days, and 30 days.
• Subscription prices are displayed within the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region or currency.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the current subscription period's end.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.

5. User Obligations

• You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App.
• You agree not to post or share harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including content, trademarks, and technology, belong to Lei-Universe. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed under the laws of [Insert Country/State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
